Sweden Day 2 - Kullaberg and Forest Camping

On the second day, the four of us continued to the harbor town at Kullaberg. Since we couldn’t park the caravan here, we parked a bit outside and continued on the bus with Jessi and Gina. We had actually planned to go to a BBQ that was supposed to be great, but unfortunately, it was closed. Yesterday we wanted to visit a Viking museum, but that was also closed; it seems we are followed by bad luck...

From the harbor, we went to the parking lot for the hiking path to the Silver Caves. It was unexpectedly hot that day, which made us sweat a lot, and everyone was dressed far too warmly :-D. Nevertheless, the hiking path was beautiful and offered great views, although the return trip was a bit more strenuous for those who hate going uphill or climbing a bit.

After hiking, we went shopping together at Lidl; we love shopping in different places! Yes, we have Lidl at home, but it’s still a different experience every time.

In the evening, we drove a bit further to find a free camping spot in the forest. It was beautiful there, and there was even a swing and a fire pit.

We ended the evening by cooking over the fire while Mike went fishing.
