The suitcases are packed, the check-in is done... the preparations are completed... tomorrow morning we will go to the airport and fly to Athens. 13 colleagues from the asylum sector of Caritas Munich-Freising are making their way to Greece, thanks to Erasmus +. We will be in Athens until Tuesday, where we will meet with colleagues from Caritas Athens and Hellas, as well as get to know additional NGOs, and receive an initial impression of the political situation in Greece from a journalist. Tuesday night we will take the ferry to Lesbos, where we will have the opportunity to meet various representatives of different NGOs and projects. On Saturday, we will fly back to Munich. An exciting journey lies ahead.
