On Ile de Re

We are still on the island of Ile de Re and hope to relax here. Our stay in La Rochelle was a bit turbulent. We realized there that Marina cannot handle grains during the grass pollen season, and we are trying to quickly reinvent Marina's spelt-based diet. We are experimenting, for instance, with chestnut flour, cassava flour, and tapioca starch, all of which are available here. It's quite exciting 🫤 but we are finding solutions; pancakes made from chestnut flour are super tasty, for example. It always goes on 😄
