SUP Part 2 Greece Day 16

Weather forecast: Dry in the morning and rain in the afternoon

=> Off we go on the SUPs and once again out into the bay and to the island of Chelonisi, about which there was some uncertainty regarding its nationality. Both the British and Greek flags were flying?????

After the 'Small Island', it was time to chill and we then continued towards Sfaktiria, an island situated in front of the bay that protects it from the sea.

There had to be something on the island since just before we docked, a Greek tour group arrived and hurried off into the interior of the island; they probably only had 30 minutes before they had to continue with their little boat.

So Tina set off to find something special and discovered a very lovely little stave church, almost reminiscent of those in Norway.

As the weather started to change quickly as predicted, we made our way back after a short break. The waves became a bit higher than expected, causing me to fall in twice. The boards are just not SURFboards 😂.

Just like yesterday, we returned right in time before the rain

started. But it was another great tour.
