Nass from Below and Above Norway Day 8

This morning we got up early and headed out for a small hike around the Storhovda summit. At first, it was still dry, and we were able to walk part of the Fyri Trail (which takes place here on September 20) without much water intrusion.

On the descent, the rain joined in, and the paths turned into streams, making it more of a creek tour than a hike. Result: Even the best GORE-TEX gives way with so much water.

After the water battle, we made our way on many gravel roads to the Jotunheimen National Park. We hope to see reindeer here tomorrow.
