After a tiring day yesterday, today we went on a trip. We visited the Grand Canyon National Park. On a hike along the edge of the canyon, South Rim, we were able to admire the phenomenal nature. Some of us also went into the gorge on the Bright Angel Trail. Some went up to 3 miles into the canyon. We enjoyed the beautiful sunny weather and the stunning scenery. After four hours of hiking and taking many photos, everyone met at the Mather Point viewpoint.

Afterwards, we drove north to an observation tower to watch the sunset together and sing a song. So the song "O Täler weit, O Höhen" sounded at the edge of the Grand Canyon. We look back on a fantastic day that we won't forget so quickly.
