Kerikeri - Hone Heke Lodge

Friday and Saturday night, we played drinking games with the people from my room (Anne, Marlene, Jonas, Nick, and Fritz) and Daniel (a frutarian😄) - the people from my room are just super cool, and they're all staying here for at least 2 more weeks - just like us, unless we stay longer.

On Saturday, Cynthia had her first job - picking nuts, and today (Sunday), she worked as a dishwasher. Meanwhile, I was playing mini golf with Jonas, Nik, Fritz, Tom, and Linda (a Swede). It was pretty fun, even though I lost😄

After that, we briefly went to Paihia.

In the evening, Victoria (the hostel owner) told us that we will be working at the avocado packhouse on Tuesday and Wednesday.
