10 Tage bis zum Flug

Die letzten 10 Tage haben angefangen, der Koffer ist eröffnet. Um Überraschungen zu vermeiden, habe ich angefangen den Koffer zu packen und während des Packens stellte ich fest, ich brauche noch eine kurze Hose. Die zwei, die ich letzten Sommer gekauft und extra gefärbt habe, sehen erstens nicht so aus wie sie sollten und dann fühlt sich das Material warm an. Bei erwarteten 30 Grad sollte ein leichter Stoff von Vorteil sein. 

Morgen muss ich alles aus dem Bereich überprüfen, sicherstellen, dass alles funktioniert, Akkus aufladen, Kabel verstauen. Vor allem bei den Unterwasserkameras bin ich mir nicht sicher, wo alles ist. 

Das Hotel hat nun die aktuellen Kreditkarten Informationen, der Flughafen in Perth hat kostenloses Wlan, so dass wir das Hotel über deren Internetseite anrufen können. Die seltsame App funktioniert nur mit einem Code und der versprochene Link auf der Hotelseite existiert nicht. Ein Pass für die Nationalparks in Western Australia ist organisiert, alle Unterlagen ausgedruckt, im Idealfall kommen unsere Gepäckanhänger für die Fähre nach Rotto noch an, wenn nicht, holen wir welche in Freo. 

Zonk ist gewaschen und bereit für neue Abenteuer. 2006 ging sein erste Reise überhaupt nach Australien, es ist für ihn also eine Art nach Hause kommen. Und dieses Mal hoffentlich ohne bed bugs in WA!

The last 10 days have begun, the suitcase has been opened. To avoid surprises, I started packing my suitcase, and while packing, I realized that I still needed a pair of shorts. The two that I bought last summer and specially dyed, don't look like they should, and then the material feels warm. If it's expected to be 30 degrees, a light fabric should be an advantage.
Tomorrow I have to check everything in the area, make sure everything is working, charge batteries, and put cables away. Especially with the underwater cameras, I'm not sure where everything is.
The hotel now has current credit card information, and the airport in Perth has free Wi-Fi, so we can call the hotel via their website. The strange app only works with a code, and the promised link on the hotel website does not exist. A pass for the national parks in Western Australia has been organized, all documents have been printed out, ideally our luggage tags for the ferry to Rotto will arrive soon, if not, we'll get some in Freo.
Zonk is washed and ready for new adventures. His first ever trip to Australia was in 2006, so it's a kind of homecoming for him. And this time hopefully without bed bugs in WA!
