Let's go!!!

Today is the last day of preparation. The car is packed... Somehow. Full to the brim, checked the oil level, and everything else is prepared. Where are we going? Not so easy to answer :) But first of all, let's talk about us. Hanna and I (Daniel) have just finished our studies and want to go on a proper vacation before we start our professional lives. So far so good. After considering many options for our trip, we have decided that good things are often closer than we think. We will drive along the Baltic coast up to Tallinn and then head to St. Petersburg. After that, we will go towards Moscow... And then? Good question. We have three months and we will see where it takes us. Mostly, while the weather is good, we want to camp and couchsurf in big cities to meet as many people as possible. I want to use the blog to write down my experiences, but also to let our friends and family participate in our journey to some extent. We expect many beautiful and exciting moments, but also maybe some challenging situations. Let's be surprised! Our owl Sieglinde (short: Siggi) is always with us. Tomorrow we will start, and the first stop is Szczecin.
