On to the second road trip, all the way across the province of Nova Scotia!
First stop: Peggy's Cove. An absolutely wonderful place, crowded with tourists, but also spacious enough that the crowd is spread out a bit. Climbing around the huge rocks, right by the crashing Atlantic waves, was an amazing experience.
A few more photos in front of one of the most photographed lighthouses in the world, and then it was off to Lunenburg. Yes, that's the right spelling, not Lüneburg, but apparently inspired by it, because this small town (village?) was founded by German settlers.
In Lunenburg, we stayed at a motel run by a German immigrant, there will be more about that later... After some searching, we found a restaurant in Lunenburg for dinner, you could already tell that the peak tourist season was over there.
