Headed east, first on Interstate 94 and then on 90. About 390 miles. It ended up taking longer because there was a lot of traffic on the way to Chicago.

The Chicago Getaway Hostel is quite well located, not far from Lincoln Park, about a 15-minute walk to Lake Michigan.

Very charming area with old houses and beautiful trees in front!

Since it was Saturday, there was a lot going on at the lake. Lots of joggers, cyclists, students having a picnic.

Great weather and an amazing view of the city.

This city definitely makes you want more! ... next time!
