Hotel Moracea in Khao Lak

After trying to get some sleep at night (hello jet lag), we were able to enjoy the view from our balcony for the first time the next morning. The weather wasn't ideal, but the direct view of the sea still pleased us.

The resort itself was located right on the hill and had both an older section and a newly built section. We were in the older section, but the view here was much nicer as the rooms were much closer to the sea than the newer ones. The newer ones were located at the top of the hill, a bit further away from the beach.

The pools were also very nice. There were several of them, which we tried out during our stay. Here again, we came across some of the hotel guests.

The breakfast that we had booked was also served in buffet style. Everything we desired was available. We could enjoy it with a wonderful view of the sea! For dinner, we always ate outside, just like last time.

We really liked the hotel, even better than Laguna. The number of guests was completely fine as well. It was still low season, so it wasn't too crowded. This hotel also had a few hotel dogs. Some of them occasionally joined us at our table.

Since we would be spending more time at the hotel this time due to the weather and, well, some stomach problems (I won't give away too much here), we were really glad to have chosen such a beautiful resort.
