Day 16+17: Sozopol, Plovdiv

Unfortunately, it was too late to write a blog yesterday. A big barbecue with plenty of alcohol prevented creativity in the end.

Today we went to the old town of Sozopol. Unlike many other tourist attractions, it was peaceful and quiet. Really very pleasant and worth seeing. After that, we drove along the coast towards Turkey - amazing!

In the afternoon, we took a walk on the beach with the dog, rested a bit, and then started grilling....

This morning we woke up with a headache, packed our stuff, and set off for Plovdiv. 300 km on mostly very good highways. On the way, we made a short detour to the parallel country road, refueled and went shopping. After that, Steffi drove 100 km with our motorhome for the first time. She did great!

Now we're in Plovdiv on a glamping site (pure luxury!), cooking something nice for ourselves tonight and visiting the city tomorrow.
