Denver - Pool & Pizza

After breakfast at the hotel, we drive to Cherry Creek Mall, the largest shopping center between Chicago and San Francisco (according to the owners). After three hours, we have spent enough money and missed a rain shower outside.

It is very windy when we go to the hotel pool in the sun at 4:00 pm. The wind is cold. I throw in a load of laundry, including dryer, for $2.25. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are available for free at the front desk! After an hour, everything is clean and dry.

Due to the cold wind, we leave the pool at 6:00 pm. Although it was supposed to be 77°F (25°C), it feels much colder due to the wind. The humidity is not significant today, it is 12%.

We walk up our street for about 10 minutes to an Italian restaurant and are overwhelmed by the size of the "small" and "medium" pizzas. Unfortunately, we didn't have any comparisons on the neighboring tables and each take half back to the hotel. In our living room, we spend a quiet evening with a bottle of wine.
