A Lazy Day

After the birthday breakfast, we took the dogs for a walk along the Mena-Macenas, which is a beautiful walk along the coast from Mojacar to Mecanus. It was lovely, but too hot for little Betsy so we did a section then gave up and returned to the van. We then went for a drink by the sea and tried to buy a small (cot sized ideally) duvet cover for Winnie’s bed, since she’s a messy dog. 

The rest of the day has been spent reading, sleeping and drinking. 

Oh and Pompey rescued a point after going down to ten men on 17 minutes. We remain hovering above the relegation zone.
