Not only the city is very modern, but also the airport in Singapore has a lot to offer.
The airport is huge and you can easily spend a day there without getting bored or seeing everything.
For example, there are art installations at the terminals that you can admire. I really liked a changing artwork - droplet-shaped balls that changed their position through cords and thus always created a different picture.
Furthermore, there are different themed gardens and even a free cinema.
But the centerpiece is not a terminal but the Jewel, a building with many shops, but also a large, funnel-shaped waterfall pouring from the ceiling. Around it, there is a lot of greenery, which extends to paths and balconies up to the roof.
The waterfall is the highlight of the airport and in the evening there is a light show.
Singapore's airport is exceptional and was the most beautiful, modern and the airport I liked the most on my trip.
And this is exactly where my four-month journey ends, in which I have experienced a lot.
