Today I did my last hike of the nature trip in Australia. The resort is located on the edge of a caldera that was formed millions of years ago during the eruption of a supervolcano. The trail led me into the valley bottom, which is intersected by numerous waterfalls. As the culmination of the 4-hour hike, I walked on a suspended bridge path at half tree height.
Here I am besieged by friendly birds that constantly beg for food. In the evening, the wallabies come to the open grassland to feed. By the way, we are at an altitude of 932 meters here.
