Unnecessary stress again.

27.10.2018:

Slept until 10 am. So, what am I going to do today? I did a quick internet search to see what else the place has to offer besides monkeys. So, I plan to visit two temples today. But first, let's grab something to eat. I had noodle soup at a restaurant. And hibiscus juice, my new favorite drink. Then, off to the first temple, the Somdet Phra Nari. Google Maps led me to the closed back entrance. It took a bit longer to reach the front entrance. In this museum, I not only saw the old ruins but also an exhibition. But everything was somehow boring. I'm just not that interested in history. Afterwards, I went back to the restaurant next door. I was greeted with a smile due to my short return. Once again, I had Pad Thai, which you can find on every corner, and hibiscus juice.

Afterwards, I felt tired. Time to rest. Once again, the WiFi didn't work. Luckily, there's the 'Wifi App' that shows WiFi networks in the area including passwords. These are provided by other users. In a dark narrow alley, there was a great internet connection. First, I secured all my pictures and videos from the past few days. However, posting something on my phone was rather difficult.

In the evening, I wanted to buy a ticket for the train to Bangkok. I said 10 am tomorrow. It was sold out. Only 4:50 am was still available. Back in the WiFi, I looked for buses. The bus stops are all so far away. Still, I walked to an office. Completely exhausted, I wanted to buy a ticket there. But she didn't speak English. Completely frustrated, I walked back. Back in the WiFi, I saw that the trains were not fully booked in the afternoon. Was it all a misunderstanding? I tried to buy the train ticket online. Payment by credit card, but the procedure is blocked for me. I couldn't find the security code before. Unlocking it is possible by calling, but a bit difficult from Thailand... At the end of my nerves, I went back to the train station. The ticket can only be bought tomorrow. Well, but if everything is sold out tomorrow, then there will be trouble!

After all the stress, I had schnitzel with potato salad at the guesthouse. Well deserved. Hopefully, everything will work out tomorrow.
