Sunshine State - Cairns / 27.10.18

This morning we went swimming at the Lagoon. The water was really pleasant at these temperatures and there was even a small white beach that led into the swimming pool.

Afterwards, we bought our daily kiwis and some bananas and cookies for tomorrow's Waterfall Trip with Terry, and explored Cairns a little further. We found a really nice path along the harbor surrounded by tall palm trees.

In the evening, there was a free barbecue at the hostel, it was delicious. Then we got two roommates in our 4-bed room, two Swiss people who are also really nice and we chatted with them a bit.

Song of the day: U got it bad by Usher, because it was playing at the barbecue and I could sing along and I was super excited because Justin Bieber also covered it.
