From the origin at the bottom

Pubblicato: 28.02.2020

Here we are again, sitting in a library, arriving in a small village. Our emotions are like a thunderstorm and a quiet, warm sunny day at the same time. We are completely overwhelmed! We never would have guessed that so much is happening within ourselves here. We have had many deep conversations that reach into the depths of our souls. We are essentially encountering our origin, the anchor within ourselves. Where better to do this than in a country that is still vibrating with primal energy? All these names and places... they are all thousands of years old and build upon the origin. Named after Maori words. Some of the names we can't even pronounce. It's truly impressive and beautiful! It is such a warm and heartfelt language, just like the people we have met so far. Finally, we are moving forward and moving away from the well-trodden path. Unfortunately, we had to say goodbye to our two fellow travelers yesterday and wish them all the best on their onward journey. We are incredibly grateful for the wonderful time we spent together, filled with Skip-Bo games and loud laughter, as well as moments of rest on the beach or in our campervans. Clemens and Alfrida also got along very well, and in the mornings Alfrida gave Clemens a little nudge to wake him up. (Our morning ritual consisted of jump-starting the batteries :D) Now they are continuing their journey and so are we. At the moment, we need a lot of peace and quiet for ourselves, and then many conversations together. We understand so much and are thrilled to have recognized so many things in order to continue developing. Nature still takes our breath away, the mountains and the sea (often together as one) are simply wonderful, like a dream come true. And all this in just under a month... we are excited to see what else is to come and we are more ready than ever to embrace and cherish it. The wait was worth it. Patience is often rewarded with the most beautiful things. Or patience is the origin of wonder... joyful greetings and hugs to you Alessa+Sofie <3
