Pratola peligna

Friday 9.6. (60 km) - Sunday

We arrive in Pratola Peligna and look for a bar with Wi-Fi.

There we meet Pepe (65) and his buddies.

Pepe knows everyone in town and speaks a little German with us.

Now we are waiting for Momo, the mother of Dominico, our second Warmshowers appointment.

We get the key for an apartment right next to the cathedral and stay there for 2 nights.

Momo is a typical Italian mother, she has shopped for us and says that we should contact her anytime if we need something or if we are afraid...

On Saturday evening she even brings us homemade pizza. (which is good because we had the worst pizza in Italy that day)

When we return the key Sunday morning, she and her husband invite us for a coffee and give us homemade bread.

We say goodbye warmly and are invited to come back anytime - so nice!!
