Walhalla in East Frisia

On the same day we went from Groningen to Großefehn in the middle of East Frisia. We quickly booked a Scottish evening here.

In the Walhalla Restaurant in Großefehn, Freddy the Piper thrilled us with Scottish and current sounds while we helped ourselves to the rich buffet.

Jenny and René from Kiel were sitting at our table with whom we immediately got into a lively conversation and that lasted the entire evening.

The boss of the house enthusiastically showed us his bus, which he is currently converting into a mobile home, and his two wolf dogs kept a close watch over us because we were allowed to spend the night on the premises with our camper. Thank you again for that.
