I spent most of the day in bed. I only left the house to have a proper coffee and some lunch. Afterwards, I went to the market because I wanted to buy some limes. Pure lime juice with a bit of salt - an old Nicaraguan (?) house recipe that gets rid of any catarrh. Tastes and feels like it's removing the mucus membranes too. Anyway, on the way, I encountered this young man in a wheelchair. The original seat is no longer there and has been replaced by a plastic chair. Great healthcare system. I could now say how well off we are, but I won't.
Hopefully tomorrow I can go back to the project. I'm getting bored already. Although it's nice that I get to do a lot of reading here. At the Garden Café, you can donate and borrow books. I found the first book of Stieg Larsson's trilogy in Spanish there. It's a pretty thick book with a title that's quite long compared to the German version (The Men Who Didn't Love Women). The cheeky little Swiss woman who asked me to send greetings from half of Granada had complained that I wouldn't be able to finish reading it before I fly home. We'll see about that.
31 degrees, hardly any wind with fluctuating humidity.
