The next morning, we took a shuttle bus to the airport.
We flew with AA via Charlotte to New Orleans.
All flights were on time and it went smoothly.
In New Orleans, we picked up our rental car and drove to the hotel.
Upon arrival, the trouble began.
They refused to give us our paid breakfast. They had terminated the contract with the provider. Then, as expected, there were unfriendly staff, an annoyed manager, and dissatisfied guests. We left this hotel one day earlier than planned, as the toilet broke down twice a day.
It was the Days Inn Gretna Hotel.
