Mount Kailash in Ngari, western Tibet is a sacred pilgrimage site respected by four major religions. The classic outer circumambulation route stretches 52 km, with the highest Dolma La Pass reaching 5630 m, which makes it a tough high-altitude trek suitable for experienced outdoor lovers.
