Phew! What a ride!
So incredibly exhausting and at the same time sooo beautiful!
The ride was characterized by catastrophic headwinds and extreme heat!! Really! It was unbelievable - constant uphill riding in over 30°C without any shade - and then on other sections such extreme head or crosswinds that we could only push our bikes!
Phew! That was a really challenging route!
However, the view was also a dream! We could constantly see Mt. Cook - sooo beautiful!
