schwitz, schwitz and pant, pant I

We sat down for breakfast at the hostel at 8 o'clock on time today - Sophie was very happy about the toaster 😀

then the feet were prepared and off we went - since we didn't walk along the sea today, we quickly noticed that it is still midsummer in Portugal - we didn't need our jacket today, as usual in the morning ☀️☀️☀️

After a little scavenger hunt through the village, we found the yellow arrows that were supposed to guide us.

Today we really passed the sweat test and sweated out about 5 liters 😀

it was soooo hot, as we mostly had to walk along the road - how much we longed for the cool sea breeze 🌬

Well - close your eyes and stomp, stomp or rather pant, pant - we will spare you a picture today - we looked really tired and were more than happy when we arrived at the destination and were rewarded with a room in this wonderful Casa Mattos 😀

Tomorrow we will look for a shady spot during lunchtime, take a siesta and only continue walking at 4 pm 🚶🏿🚶🏿

In Barcelos we will treat ourselves to a DAY OFF 😀
