Then in the morning we continued towards Pahiha. Upon arriving in Pahiha, we explored the town and the local beach a bit. But we quickly decided that we wouldn't stay here.
So we moved on to the northernmost point of the Bay of Islands. The journey there was extremely adventurous and twisty. Except for a few sheep and cows, we didn't encounter a soul along the way. When we reached the destination, we were greeted with a beautiful view of the Bay of Islands.
After enjoying the view, the three of us took a walk to the sea and tried to reach a beach. Unfortunately, most of the properties here are private, which means everything is fenced off and inaccessible to us.
Since camping in this area is prohibited, we continued our journey north.
The following day, the weather was extremely good to us. We had the finest spring weather and we could finally throw away our down jackets and lay by the sea and enjoy the sun!!!
