Göreme, Turkey🇹🇷

30.04-03.05.2022 • By bus, we continued to Nevsehir and from there, in a tiring night and fog action, we went on foot and hitchhiked to the small town of Göreme. I was in Cappadocia. Already on the night of my arrival, the stone columns distributed everywhere in the city and its surroundings impressed me. In the following days, I met many travelers from all over the world in various hostels and explored the landscape in two multi-hour hikes. However, once again, I somehow remained unlucky in Turkey. Strong winds blew during my entire stay, which unfortunately prevented me from witnessing the iconic hot air balloons that normally ascend into the sky every morning. But this streak of bad luck was soon to come to an end...
