27th-30th April 2022 • After a nerve-wracking and hours-long bus ride, I arrived in Ankara and spent the first day primarily lounging around in the hostel, recovering from the lingering effects of sunstroke. Over the next two days, I visited the city's main attractions, such as the Atatürk Mausoleum and the Kocatepe Mosque, and took care of some errands for the upcoming weeks.
