Mix of the past week ;)

Published: 28.02.2017

Hello there :)

This time there's a little mix of the past week. Since the time has come to do something for university, I haven't been out as much and have started studying and doing exercises.

So let's start with Thursday evening. The second High Table Dinner took place and unfortunately the food was very disappointing compared to last time. Very mysterious corn soup that tasted like pureed canned corn and mashed potatoes that didn't taste like mashed potatoes. Well, that's why I only have a group photo of the evening ;)

On Friday, I went to Sha Tin with Franziska. We actually wanted to go to the 10,000 Buddhas and got lost in a memorial park on the way there: D But it was also pretty cool. After that, we finally made it to the Buddhas and treated ourselves to an IKEA HotDog for the finale :D They also had delicious ice cream.

Then we took a quick look at the Che Kung Temple and went back home. The weather is not so great here at the moment, I should have packed my winter clothes after all :D

Saturday afternoon there was another event by the GermanX Chinese Association at the university. This time we went to a cafe where we play board games or just games in general. It was pretty fun. Then I really wanted to see this 'Lantern Street' in Wan Chai. Tadaaaa. It's now checked off the list too. ;)

On Sunday, I only had dinner with Ann-Katrin in Tsim Sha Tsui and we watched the amazing Symphony of Lights again, where three green lasers shine. A bit ridiculous but also amusing ;)

The picture is from before but that's how it always looks and then you just have to imagine a few green lasers from the rooftops :D That's the 'breathtaking' show every evening.

On Monday, I studied diligently and therefore didn't take any photos :P

See you then ;)
