Today's stage was again a bit shorter. 36 kilometers of road, 20 kilometers in a straight line. But why wander far away? As long as the weather allowed, we wanted to make the most of our time by the sea.
Our next destination was to be Seville, which was just over an hour's drive from here. However, that would put us about 100 kilometers away from the beach.
So it happened that upon our arrival at the campsite, we headed straight back to the sea to swim and sunbathe.
For dinner today, we had our own cooked goulash. We had postponed shopping for a whole range of things since the price level in Spain was significantly lower than in Portugal. Our shopping cart was quite full of goodies, including this goulash and finally some red wine in a 3-liter large container.
While Ines was busy peeling the potatoes, we were visited for the first time by a little cat. She didn't seem interested in the offered vegetables and disappeared again. Just as the goulash was ready, the kitten reappeared on time and was very interested in our pot. She finished the leftovers from the bowl of crème fraîche we offered in seconds and eagerly awaited the main course. We couldn't help ourselves and shared a few pieces of our meat with the feline. However, this resulted in no less than three fluffy house cats wandering around and under our camper looking for food within a few minutes.
Even while showering today, there were animal observers in the men's section; the geckos had positioned themselves on the wall under the gable, lying in wait for insects.
