Chadrasch

Chadrasch, daughter-in-law of Gulnar, is a trained special educator (here referred to as defectologists) and serves as the educational director. I was able to observe her working with 2 children. Her support is well thought out and very well structured. We were able to exchange ideas very effectively on the same level. Only Bagdard had significant difficulties translating her flow of speech.

Her statements about working with parents confirm that their attitudes and mindsets towards their children often represent the greatest challenge in their development. The attitude of delegating educational tasks to an institution is also widespread in Kazakhstan. As previously described, a private institution like Centro Eko Atameken faces particular expectations from parents who expect results for their invested money.

Chadrasch was able to show me a development plan that she uses for her work. Not only from her descriptions but also from accounts of other staff, significant progress in the development of entrusted children could be demonstrated.
