We depart at 10 AM from Cologne by train to Frankfurt.

The arrival goes surprisingly smoothly without any notable incidents🫣

11 hours of flight await us✈️

In Las Vegas, we have a mix of good luck and bad luck; the line in front of immigration is short, which is irrelevant since a flight from Korea just landed and each person seems to take half an hour to gather their entry documents.

We pick up our Mustang convertible and arrive at the Boulder Station Hotel in LV by evening. It's a somewhat dated casino & hotel. When you open the door to the reception, you basically step into the gaming area.

And as always in Las Vegas, an additional resort fee is charged, even though there is only a tiny pool. The room is fine, and we try to sleep for now. Tomorrow, we head towards the sunrise early in the morning to the north.
