Arrival in California 🇺🇸

Beginning of our honeymoon! ♥️

Our honeymoon started on the morning of July 22 at 6:15 AM: We took the train from Duisburg Central Station to Frankfurt Airport. Joining us were Sarah and Jonas, who took a different route – their flight, coincidentally departing at the same time from the same airport, was headed to Los Angeles. However, we'll meet again in 1.5 weeks in Yosemite National Park for some hiking. ⛰️🥾

Even on the train, we toasted to our vacation – with a tasty beer to celebrate what lies ahead. The anticipation was huge! 🛫🧳

The flight to California was pleasantly smooth, and the immigration and border controls went absolutely without a hitch, to Marc's great relief. 😅

Our first accommodation: the Found Hotel Carlton in San Francisco – a cozy place for the first nights of our journey.
