One wakes up in the Sheraton in the morning to find that all the personal care items are in the transit luggage. Again, what would Lothar Matthäus say now? But the Sheraton is indeed a somewhat higher-class hotel. After a call to the concierge, the essentials were provided in about 5 minutes. (That concierge is a cool thing. Kind of like a fairy godmother who fulfills every wish)Okay, after getting up (6:00), breakfast at 6:30 (40 Euros for 2-3 toasts and a coffee. Quite official. I have lost all respect for money anyway. Someone just prints it as they see fit) 7:00 AM. Off to the smoker’s den in Terminal 2E. :)Then time to browse the duty frees. The wine was okay. A real bargain. The whisky was just average. ;)I couldn't bring myself to buy either. Quality is the most important thing for me. Neither convinced me 100%. ;) The camera on the airplane was well positioned. In general, Airbus is also more comfortable than Boeing. Everything is a bit quieter, a bit smoother, a bit more spacious. I ended up missing the connecting flight to Mar del Plata. Well, off to the pod hotel, must have done that at some point.
Tomorrow, I'm finally heading to my new home, and the house handover will start.
I'm excited!

Puuuuuh, das ist ja bisher eine lange Auswanderungsreise mit vielen Hindernissen, die Du überwinden musstest. Aber offensichtlich gibt es kein zurück. Seht gut, weiter so. In Mar del Plata wird es hoffentlich dann entspannt. Beste Grüße aus der alten Heimat, Ullrich
