Day 16: The Journey Home

The vacation is now over.

From Montevideo to Sao Paulo and then to Frankfurt.

There were a few anecdotes.

For example, smoking in the transit hotel restroom since it was not allowed anywhere else in the airport.

And the Italian at the bar who downed 4 double whiskies to sleep through the flight. That's a strategy too.

Or Werder Bremen against Berlin on the TV in the bar.

Well, a gin and tonic is always a good choice.

And then off to the 747 to Frankfurt.

Then by car to Drebber.

The vacation was a test.

The continent, the country, the people, and especially the house have pleased me greatly. I will emigrate in 2 months.

Then I will continue with the blog. Let's see if anyone still checks in then.
