Then take the bus to the first hostel - in the north of Tel Aviv near the old port. It's a 20-minute ride and you should sit down immediately, otherwise you'll be flying around. The hostel is okay but the rooms are without windows and it smells weird - air conditioning everywhere. Nice outdoor area for breakfast. And right next to the hostel there is a path to the port. The hostel is really clean but breakfast costs 10 €. Tel Aviv is so expensive - food starts from 10 euros - even if you cook yourself.
