La Herradura is located about 30 minutes away from Torrox Costa on the Costa Tropical in a sheltered bay and has a beautiful fine-pebble beach. In contrast to other places on the coast, this small town is not so built up and is very tranquil at this time of year, and there are no crowds on the beach either.

Along the way from Torrox Costa to La Herradura there are always stopping bays to marvel at the beautiful coast. Occasionally you can also go down to the coast, where there are small bays or beaches. Shortly before La Herradura, it is worth taking a detour to Cerro Gordo with the “Torre Vigia” and the “Mirador”. From there you have a beautiful view of the bay of La Herradura.

The beach invites you to linger, enjoy the sun and have a picnic.
