Finally in Perth!
After a journey of over 20 hours, we were finally able to relax in our hostel. But before we could check in, we had breakfast at the 16 km away Cottesloe Beach, where we enjoyed...

We leave Perth with our new mobile home and make a short detour north to the Pinnacles Desert, a desert landscape full of rock formations in the Nambung National Park.
There we were quickly greeted by a free-roaming emu, who was just taking his lunchtime walk.
The Pinnacles are limestone formations that were formed many years ago from plants that grew on the quartz sand dune. Their roots penetrated into the limestone layer.
Afterwards, we finally headed south and went in search of a campsite. In Wanneroo, after a long search, we were finally allowed to spend our first night in the camper.
