Adelaide

In the morning, we were picked up from our accommodation by Kangaroo Island Bus and Tours and taken to the airport. Then we headed back to Adelaide.

We stayed at the Adobe Boutique Hotel Adelaide. Very nice rooms, highly recommended!!

From there, it was not far to walk to the attractions. However, we didn't find the city as impressive as Sydney... perhaps we weren't in the interesting neighborhoods?

What was definitely nice to see was that the students get to study in very stylish buildings... thinking of TU Dortmund makes me feel a bit nostalgic 🙈

The next morning, we went to have a delicious breakfast, and since we had to kill time until the car pickup, we visited the botanical garden.

Very beautiful, very expansive, and what was really impressive: a multitude of bats, which could also be seen during the day!
