It scratches
It scratches the upper limit. The igM is 2.23 and has therefore doubled since the last inspection. Nevertheless, the normal limit is up to 2.3 and so I'm somewhat relaxed. I...

“We’re making a battle plan now!” she said on the phone. “Come straight to me after your infusion.”
Hematology outpatient clinic. Default. Knocking on room 7. Grim faces. Sit down. Wait. Blood collection. No stop! I don't get pierced as often these days. “Can we make the access directly and take the blood through it?” Nope. Really stroppy.
I can do that too. Took my blood, went up to my ward, had an access made and the blood taken through it. Came back, put it in her hand and sat down again. Wait. 3 hours. On a prescription. Which I then take and go over to the oncology day clinic. Conversation with the doctor. That was good. But the values are bad. Worse than expected. The LDH worries her. Some kind of tissue breakdown is taking place. The igM very high again. Like at the beginning. I'm just below my starting value again. That sucks! Can I just say that?
The Kiovig is connected and my mood is in the basement at the latest when the lady next to me turns to the side and coughs several times in my face.
Then to the nearest ambulance. She doesn't have time and doesn't want me to wait in the waiting room for an hour with my immune system. At least one. We'll talk on the phone. I'm excited about the battle plan. Because there isn't one. They will sit down together and think about how they can help me now. But actually no one really knows what to do.
It's a wandering in the dark. Without a plan.
