Market Day

Saturday, Market Day, this morning we bike to the market in Fortuna. There’s a market there every Saturday, we don't really need anything...just browsing. Ohh...the summer shirts are new...We need T-shirts for only 3.00 euros, everyone is getting them. Fresh bananas, cherries, and dates are being enjoyed. Mandarins and fresh bread. Now to the café by the promenade. Ricci and Irmi treat themselves to a beer, Ernst and Susanne do too, and the rest stick with cappuccino and sweet pastries. On the way home, a quick stop at Consum. Disappointment, Hans wants a specific snack but Consum doesn’t have it...off to DIAS, another store, what do you know...He found something. Martin and Angelika also had their Laika washed and polished....it shines so new....Willi and Icke will also have their camper cleaned by Kevin tomorrow. Moni, Micha, Elke, Gerd, Jutta, and Didi went out to eat at the Indian restaurant...looks delicious too...and they really enjoyed it. At Hans and Marianne's, there were fried potatoes with onions and bacon along with fried herring, it was good too. Weather caprices...Today only 18° cold, little 🌞.
