A brand new attraction awaits you in the Friedrichshain district of Berlin. Located on a large open space that is partly used as a flea market, you will find the building of Khroma, the new media art center.
Inside the hall, you will discover interactive art by 12 different international new media artists.
For example, you will be greeted by a golden skull from which a black liquid is dripping. What may initially sound disgusting is actually fascinating physics: Ferrofluids, magnetic liquids, are used to create this effect. Nano-sized magnetic particles are suspended in a carrier fluid. They react to a magnet and cause the liquid to drip from the skull's mouth.
In another part of the exhibition, you can create your own underwater creatures or even influence the design of an entire room.
All these artworks are unique, always interesting, and have great visual appeal.
And because everything is so beautifully colorful and is meant to attract other visitors as well, photography and posting are allowed.
