Retreat and Pool Party

A significant amount of time has passed, and my last week was anything but ordinary in my life. I had the unique opportunity to participate in a very special, week-long retreat here at the lodge. A retreat specifically for men with the intention of improving leadership and confidence for both personal and professional life, while also aiming to dive deep within oneself and learn an incredible amount about oneself. So much happened that it wouldn’t make sense to try to write it all down here. Generally, it seems nearly impossible to express this experience in words. But one thing is clear: it has changed my life and opened a whole new chapter for me.

After needing to rest for 2/3 days from this intense time, the staff along with the guests here organized a small pool party - in honor of Lana's mother's 89th birthday, who has been living here on the property for some time. There was dancing, beer drinking, laughter, delicious food, and life was simply enjoyed. I had an amazing time, and it definitely felt good to experience a bit of party atmosphere again after the intense period. The next workday started at 7 AM, and accordingly, I was quite tired. But it's no problem because here you are in Costa Rica - life is just different :D
