More Sea

After a breakfast with a view of the lake, we bid farewell to Lake Taupo and head towards our second to last destination. Raglan on the West Coast. It wasn't so easy to find another meaningful destination. It should roughly be in the direction of Auckland again, but still not just a stopover on the way there. Then the doll found Raglan. A small town on the West Coast with a campsite almost right by the sea.

The drive is once again spectacular, with beautiful, varied, and diverse landscapes. Unfortunately, there are completely no stopping points today... what a pity! We would have loved to take some photos!

However, we are fully compensated by our aperitif on the beach, with a great view.

We spend a quiet evening in and in front of the little castle. Incredible that the days are already numbered….
