10:00 The bags are packed, the tents taken down, everyone was in the bathroom... The apartment is closed one last time, the key slid through the mail slot.

We drive towards Heathrow, but get off once more in South Kensington to visit the National History Museum. The reasons for our decision to make this the last element of our journey are unremarkable - it's on the way, it has luggage storage, there's no entrance fee, and I want to buy some souvenirs that I didn't take with me in August 😅 Plus, it's still an incredibly amazing museum.
