24.04.2023 Certaldo alto

Today there was a hike to the old town of Certaldo. The path, lined with blooming chestnut trees, passes vineyards and olive groves. The old town is well preserved and could serve as a film set for a medieval movie without major changes. We enjoy the view of Tuscany in all four directions before starting the journey back.

Today is the last day in our wonderful accommodation. Tomorrow morning, we load the motorcycle and ride to Livorno, from where our ferry departs for Corsica at 1:30 pm.
