The (semi)desert: Bardenas Reales

21.02.2023: Bilbao - Arguedas (Bardenas Reales): With a stop to replenish our supplies at the Eroski Center (no, not what you think: Eroski's offer is comparable to Intermarché, Alimerka, Dia, etc) - and spontaneously come across a festive musical, Basque folkloric performance. Then we continue into the Bardenas desert, today we were in the part of Bardena Blanca, the white part: deep ravines, white ground due to long salt deposits, hills formed by chalk and clay... we spend the night in a parking lot provided for free by the municipality next to the caves of Arguedas
