The night flight from Las Vegas to New York was very exhausting. Thus, we arrived completely sleep-deprived at our hotel in Brooklyn by subway.
For four days, we explored the most populous city in the United States mainly by foot, by boat, and by train. A considerable number of kilometers were covered.
The weather was great, and the food in Little Italy couldn’t have tasted better even in Italy. After all the burgers, this was a welcome change.
New York, the old lady by the Hudson River, is definitely a highlight, even if it is starting to crumble in many places.
